Licensed NC Hemp — USDA Compliant
The hemp market is full of products nobody verified. We built Clearleaf to be different — a licensed operator who treats compliance as a feature, not an obstacle. Shop THC, CBD, D8, D9, and THCA products that meet federal and state standards.
The hemp industry exploded through a legal loophole. Most products on the market have never been tested by an independent lab. Labels lie. Labels are wrong. Labels are optimistic. And when federal enforcement finally arrives, most of what you see online will be gone.
We are not a loophole. We are a licensed North Carolina hemp business with USDA registration, third-party COAs for every product we sell, and labeling that matches what the lab says. The 2026 federal deadline does not scare us. We were built for it.
Every product is sourced from licensed NC or permitted out-of-state processors, labeled to NCDA standards, and verified with a current Certificate of Analysis from a DEA-registered lab.
Delta-9 gummies, D8 gummies, and CBD-only options. Every dose verified by a third-party lab. Batch numbers on every package.
Full-spectrum and broad-spectrum hemp oils in multiple strengths. Extracted from licensed NC-grown hemp. COA attached to every SKU.
THCA and CBD hemp flower from NC-licensed growers. Pre-harvest tested, post-harvest verified. Stored in climate-controlled facilities to preserve quality.
Hemp-derived D8 and D9 vape cartridges tested for potency, residual solvents, and heavy metals. Live resin and distillate options available.
All products require age verification at checkout. Available to US residents 21 and older in most states. Check your state regulations before ordering.
Every batch we sell has a Certificate of Analysis from an accredited third-party lab. We test for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbial contamination. Not because the law requires it yet — but because it should.
We confirm every cannabinoid level on the label matches what's in the product
Pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants ruled out before products are listed
All testing is conducted at DEA-registered, ISO-accredited facilities in North Carolina
Primary testing partner: Delta 9 Analytical, Raleigh NC — USDA-certified compliance lab, DEA-registered
We source only from processors and growers with valid NC or out-of-state permits. Every supplier is documented. Every chain of custody is tracked. We know where every gram came from — because the law requires it, and because it's the right way to operate.
No COA, no listing. That's our rule. Every product goes through potency testing, contaminant screening, and residual solvent analysis before it touches our inventory. We don't sell anything we haven't verified with our own eyes.
The mg on the label matches the mg in the lab report. Our serving sizes are realistic. Our THC content figures are accurate, not optimistic. If a product contains 12mg of D9, our label says 12mg — not "up to 15mg."
I hold a USDA hemp license through CBD Pharms Inc. and have spent years working in and around the cannabis industry — including time with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians tribal cannabis operation. I have watched good operators get squeezed by a market that rewards shortcuts, and watched bad operators flood the space with untested products that endangered consumers.
Clearleaf is my answer to that. A licensed operator who does it right from day one — not because the government made me, but because it's the only way to build something that lasts. North Carolina deserves a hemp company that doesn't cut corners. This is that company.
We intend to be one of them. Clearleaf is not a short-term play on a legal loophole. It is a long-term bet on the category of compliant, tested, honestly labeled hemp products — a category that will matter more every month between now and November 2026 and beyond.
Clearleaf. North Carolina. Licensed. Tested. Honest.
